Bangabandhu Military Museum

I managed the delivery of three immersive VR experiences for a newly redeveloped Museum in Bangladesh, including a virtual paraglider flight over the Chittagong Hill Tracts, an off-road Willys Jeep adventure and a BMW drive along the N8 expressway.

Coordinating an international team across multiple time zones, I oversaw stakeholder management, production schedules, logistics and risk throughout the project, navigating pandemic-related travel restrictions, complex shipping requirements and strict military filming permissions to keep delivery on track.

Following an intensive 11-day filming expedition in Bangladesh, I led the project through post-production, simulator integration and international deployment.

The bespoke VR experiences were synchronised with custom-built motion simulators and 4D effects before being installed and commissioned at the museum ahead of its official opening.

Despite significant logistical challenges (such as travel during COVID restrictions) and compressed timescales, the project was delivered successfully, with the simulators becoming one of the museum's flagship attractions and receiving excellent feedback from both the client and visitors.
